All Inclusive
You have an event/party to plan and now your head is spinning just thinking of the overwhelming amount of things you have to plan. This packages is geared towards when you are just getting started on the planning process. Maybe you just don’t have the time to plan a event or maybe you have no idea where to start and when you should be doing things. That’s okay! Let us support you the whole length of the journey. Included in this package:
Unlimited in person or phone consultations to go over ideas and design
Setting up appointments for venues and vendor meetings
Access to our venue list
Assistance in the venue selection process including participation in site visits
Contract review to help you understand exactly what you’re signing
Budget analysis and assistance
Event design analysis and assistance
Everything included in the Partial Planning package and Day of Event package (see below)
Partial Planning
Maybe you have the basics down and just need help putting the finishing touches together. With our partial planning package, we give you the tools you need to finish planning the perfect event. This package is ideal for those of you who already have your venue and are ready to start hiring vendors. You have your general theme picked, but you’re not sure how to pull it all together into one amazing party. Included in this package:
Assistance corresponding with vendors including full contact if desired (where applicable)
Access to event checklist and organization assistance
Event design ideas and concept review
Floor plan and decor plan assistance
Everything included in the Day of Event package (see below)
Day Of Event
You’ve done the planning and now you’re ready to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day you’ve created. That’s where we come in. Our Day Of Event package provides you with the peace of mind to simply take in the day instead of dealing with vendors and timelines. We’ll take the reigns and make your vision come to light. This package is more like a 30 day prior planning package, not just the day of. Included in this package:
Additional consultations as needed in the last 30 days before the event
Detailed event day timeline created 14 days out
Coordination with all vendors for the last 30 days
Venue walk through in the last 30 days to finalize the floor plans (subject to venue availability)
Set up and tear down decor items included(tables/chair pricing added below)
Coordination of vendors the day of the event
Full day coordination the day of the event
Use of our emergency bag to put out any little or big fires
Management of guests to ensure everyone is where they need to be when different events take place
And of course, unlimited phone and email correspondence

Micro Event
A big event with a lot of guests isn’t for everyone. If you love the idea of a event with just your closest friends and family, then a micro event may be for you. With our micro event packages you get the same level of service at a lower cost.
All Inclusive: You don't want a big event but you need help with everything from the basics to the day of planning. This package is for small event of less than 40 guests but still includes the same services listed in the all inclusive package.
Partial Planning: You're having a small event of less than 40 guests. You have the basics planned, you just need help with vendors and tying up loose ends, as well as day of event. This package comes with the same services listed in the Partial Planning package.
Day of Event: Your small event of less than 40 guests is fully planned, you just need someone to be your eyes, ears, and hands on the day. This package comes with the same services as our day of event package.
Full Customization
Sometimes a package just doesn’t quite fit your needs, and that’s okay. Just let us know where you are in the event process and what you need from us, and we will build you a package from the ground up to give you exactly what you need.
Add On’s
DIY Assistance
Maybe you have all kinds of wonderful ideas for what decor you want at your event but have no idea how to make them. Or maybe you just don’t have the time or man power to pull it off. That’s where we come in. We love to craft, build, and DIY so let us be your extra hands and expertise. You supply the materials or the cash and we will either work along side you to get the job done, or take the burden right off of you.(this is an additional cost) Examples include:

Additional Add-on
Table and chair set up & tear down - $300 (price varies on number of tables and chairs)
Travel fee - $1.00 per mile from down town Kalispell to location. Travel fee will be added at time of signing contract. An additional fee will also be applied for pick up items such as desserts, flowers, decor, etc as well and are to be paid the day of or day after the event .
Lodging: a lodging fee will be added if we are required to travel more then 2 hours out of Kalispell for a day minimum stay( event night)
Added charge for dish clearing and cleaning of $300
Ice and Water- a flat rate of $150 will be added for filling water glasses. We bring the ice and crafts to do so
Cake Cutting- a flat rate of $200 includes cake cutting, and service delivering cake to dessert table and or a Buffet line, and then clearing dessert plates
Contract time ends at 11pm if our time is needed for longer there will be a $150 charge added per hour past 11pm
Now offering bartender services ( you buy the liquor our bartenders serve it) has to be an open bar only per Montana Law. Price varies, depending on how many bartenders and hours.
We have added our own lovely KT Cakes to the business. With a background in culinary and years of experience of baking and working in kitchens, making cakes, cookies and muffins, etc. Kt has joined our team to continue to live her dream of making outstanding cakes and sweet treats for all of our guest to be. If you are interested in having KT make your cake or sweet treats let me know. ( price depends on order)
